TES always assigns a dedicated Program Manager at the System Design phase of any program. New Product Introduction
The Program Manager will stay with the Program from System Design to Sustaining Engineering and EOL. It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to own and deliver the program objectives and manage the multi-functional program team to ensure the delivery of a quality design or product, on time to the customer. During the System Design phase, the Program Manager will oversee the development of the System Specification and through careful resource planning and management will draw up a detailed work breakdown structure and plan for the rest of the program.
